Good News For All Gujarat Food Operators now they can run their Business 24 Hours legally. ‘The Gujarat Shops and Establishment Amendment Act’ is implemented in Gujarat from May 1.

In this Act, Government allows to the Hotels, Restaurants and all Gujarat shops open 24 Hours only in the municipal corporation areas. Under the new change, they have to register their Food Business.

Every Food Business Operator(FBO) is required to obtain FSSAI registration. Operating a Food Business without a license is a punishable offense. Food Operates have compulsory required Fssai license.

So Hurry Up, Get the Fssai license and run the Food business without any problem.
